Early spring grasses provide ample grazing for bison of the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. Bison are more dangerous than they appear, weighing up to 2,000 pounds, with the ability to sprint at 30 miles an hour. Visitors who have gotten too friendly have been gored by the massive animals.
