Elder Joshua Vaughn Berrett returned to his Heavenly Father on May 30, 1995, in Higley, Arizona, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, while serving on a mission for the LDS Church.
Born on June 16, 1974 in Salt Lake City to Vaughn Kimball and Hallie Virginia Hawkins Berrett. He has been a blessing to all his family and friends. He was an example to all who knew him. He graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1993.Survived by his mother; brother, Jason Paul Berrett; sister, Caroline (Carrie) Jean Berrett; grandparents, Caroline K. Berrett, Beverly and Robert Hawkins; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by his father and grandfather, Golden L. Berrett.
Funeral services will be Saturday, June 3, 1995 at 11 a.m. in the Butler 10th Ward (Greenfield Chapel), 6634 South Greenfield Way (1920 East). Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East, and Saturday 9:30-10:45 a.m. at the ward.
