Separate construction projects will alter traffic patterns in Salt Lake City and Midvale beginning next week.
Salt Palace renovations will force removal of the traffic signal at 100 S. West Temple Monday. Concrete barriers will be installed on the center median along West Temple to prevent southbound and westbound left turns. Temporary stop signs will remain at the intersection until October.Storm drain installation at 7200 South from 100 West to the east side of State Street will restrict traffic for approximately four weeks.
Access to all area businesses will be maintained. Delays are expected.
