The FBI and Murray Police Department are looking for two masked gunmen who robbed a First Security Bank last week.
The two vaulted over the teller counter, ordered everyone onto the ground and then stuffed cash from teller drawers into backpacks."It was what we call a `takeover' robbery . . . well-planned and aggressive," said FBI spokesman Tom Ernst.
The two men entered the branch, 4306 S. State, about 11:45 a.m. Thursday. Both were described as being 23 to 28 years old, athletic builds and wearing dark, long-sleeved pullovers or sweatshirts. They weighed between 160 and 185 pounds.
One of the robbers brandished a black revolver and the other carried a black semi-automatic handgun.
