A BBC reporter was shot and killed and two other journalists were wounded when Croatian soldiers opened fire on their armored car as it headed for Bihac, Bosnia-Herzegovina. The BBC in London said reporter John Schofield, 29, was hit in the neck by a single bullet Wednesday and died immediately. BBC cameraman Adam Kelleher was wounded in the wrist, and Omar Asawi of the BBC's Arabic service was wounded in the leg. The BBC had no information why the soldiers fired.
