There should be an easy way to prevent frivolous lawsuits filed by prisoners.
A person in prison is under the direct and complete control of the warden, who is in the position to examine all correspondence into and out of the prison. Any suit such as those mentioned in the article printed Aug. 1 could and should be dumped into the circular file.It is pure insanity to allow state and federal attorneys to waste time, and taxpayers' money, trying to cope with "frivolous suits."
