From congressman to gar-bage-man. Rep. Gerald Kle-czka, D-Wis., spent most of this week collecting trash on Virginia roadways as part of his sentence for a misdemeanor drunk-en driving conviction - his second in a year.

Kleczka was charged with driving while intoxicated in May after a breath test showed he had a 0.21 percent blood-alcohol level, almost three times the 0.08 percent legal limit.He dropped his appeal Tuesday and a judge affirmed his sentence of a $300 fine, three years suspension of his driving privileges and 30 days in jail, with 20 days suspended.
