Gerald Wayne Perkins, 63, passed away August 9, 1995.
Born October 31, 1931 in Cedar City, Utah the son of George William and Erma Bishop Perkins. Married Fontace Stephens, August 20, 1962 in Bountiful. Later divorced. Member LDS Church. Served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, having seen duty in many parts of the world, including Asia and Europe; retiring in 1971 as a Master Sergeant. He received numerous citations and awards during his time in the military.Survivors: sons and daughters, Dave Perkins, of Kearns; and Frank Perkins, of Murray; Teri Perkins, of Renton, Washington; and Sherrie Cheney, of Simi Valley, California; sister, Verla Faulkner, of Bountiful; nine grandchildren.
Graveside service Saturday, August 12, 1995, 3 p.m., Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 So. Redwood Rd. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East So. Temple from 1-2 p.m.
