The intruder who was shot at Madonna's mansion while insisting he was her husband has been ordered to stand trial.
Madonna didn't testify during a two-hour preliminary hearing Tuesday in Los Angeles for Robert Dewey Hoskins, but she will testify at his trial, said Deputy District Attorney Rhonda Saun-ders.Municipal Court Judge Thomas L. Wilhite Jr. ordered Hoskins held on $150,000 bail until his Aug. 29 arraignment. Hoskins pleaded not guilty on June 1 to felony stalking, three felony counts of making terrorist threats and one misdemeanor count of assault.
Hoskins, 37, was shot in the arm and hip May 29 after leaping a fence at Madonna's Hollywood Hills estate and lunging for a guard's gun, police said.
