DEATH: KEITH M. HEBERTSON

Keith Madsen Hebertson, 73, died Wednesday, August 16, 1995.

Born Feb. 24, 1922 in Vineyard, Utah to Thorit Charles Hebertson and Susan Elmina Madsen. Married Dorothy Marie Foltz, Dec. 4, 1945 in Kilgore, Texas. Marriage solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple Oct. 17, 1952.Active member of the LDS Church. Lived in Denver, Colorado, and in Salt Lake City and St. George, Utah. Was a petroleum engineer and geologist, started the Hebertson Petroleum Consulting Firm in 1982 in Salt Lake City.

Survivors: wife, St. George; children, Mrs. Gary (Suzanne) Lemmons, St. George; Michael (Molly) Hebertson, Murray; Mrs. Gary (Jane) Quincy, West Jordan; Alan Hebertson, Salt Lake City and Mrs. Kent (Marsha) Bradford, American Fork; brothers and sister, Dr. Wayne M. Hebertson, Dr. Leon M. Hebertson, Dr. Richard M. Hebertson, Val M. Hebertson, David M. Hebertson and Mrs. John (JoAnn H.) Thomas; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services Sat., August 19, 1995, 11 a.m. at Holladay LDS 18th Ward Chapel, 2625 East Milo Way, Holladay. Visitation: Thurs. 7-8 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 300 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah and Sat. 10-11 a.m. at chapel prior. Entombment: Holladay Memorial Park.
