After 20 years of pajama parties and playmates, Hugh Hefner is moving out of the Playboy mansion.
Playboy magazine's editor-in-chief and his wife, Kimberly Conrad, are reportedly leaving the famous mansion to provide their two sons, ages 3 and 5, with a "normal atmosphere.""There is always something going on, like a photo shoot, at the mansion," an unidentified Playboy representative said in Sunday's Los Angeles Times. "Imagine coming down the stairs to that every day."
Like the Playboy mansion, the new home is also in the city's Holmby Hills area, which neighbors Beverly Hills and Bel-Air. Hefner also owns a home in Malibu.
Hefner, 69, turned day-to-day operations of Playboy Enterprises over to his daughter, Christie, in 1988. He has been married to Conrad, 33, for six years.
