DEATH: MARJORIE M. BICKMORE

Marjorie M. Bickmore, 76, 1251 Freeman Lane, Pocatello, died early Saturday morning, August 19, 1995 at a local health care center.

She was born October 6, 1918 at Downey, Idaho, to Isaac and Deserett Bloxham Marshall. She attended schools in Downey and graduated from Downey High School in 1936 and attended the Utah State University at Logan. She married James Grant Bickmore, June 4, 1940 in the Logan Utah LDS Temple. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed singing in the ward choir. She enjoyed tennis, golf, gardening, sewing and loved all out door activities. She was a member of the Pocatello Civic Symphony and was very involved in the local, state and national Federation of Music Clubs.

She is survived by her husband, J. Grant Bickmore, of Pocatello; two sons, Roger Grant and Jeannette Bickmore, Pocatello; and William Bradford Bickmore, Pasadena, California; one grandson, James Roger Bickmore; three step-grandchildren, Ryan, Danny and Adam Stembridge; and one sister, Jean Hadley, Downey. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 22, 1995 at 11 a.m. in the Pocatello Cedar Hills Ward, 5425 Bannock Highway with Bishop Larry Solomon of the Highland 6th Ward officiating. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday evening in the Henderson Funeral Home, 431 No. 15th Ave, Pocatello and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesday morning at the church. Interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery, Pocatello, Idaho.
