SHARE STARR CANCELS U.S. TOUR TO BE WITH HIS DAUGHTER

Former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr has canceled his U.S. concert tour and flown to London to be with his daughter after she had an operation to drain fluid from her brain.

His daughter, Lee Starkey, entered the London Clinic on Friday. She is the daughter of Starr's first marriage, to Maureen Cox Starkey Tigrett, who died in Dec. 30 in Seattle after a bone marrow transplant to treat leukemia.The couple had three children - Lee, 24, and sons, Zak, 29, and Jason, 27. The couple divorced in 1975; both remarried.

Starr, 55, visited his daughter at the $1,085-a-day hospital accompanied by his second wife, actress Barbara Bach, and by Zak.
