DEATH: LUCILE OLIVER PAPPAS

Lucile Oliver Pappas, age 82, died August 1, 1995, in a Salt Lake hospital.

She was born January 4, 1913, in Elmo, Utah, the daughter of Jobe and Margaret Petty Oliver. Married James Pappas April 25, 1932, in Provo, Utah. He died December 8, 1968. Former resident of Carbon and Emery counties. She was co-owner and operator of Hi-way Texaco Gas & Grocery in Carbonville for many years prior to moving to Salt Lake City in 1966.Lucile lived life to the fullest and shared her keen sense of humor with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by them.

Survived by: Son, Ted and Kel Pappas, Price; daughter, Helen Fox Wright, Salt Lake City; three sisters, Rela Sherman, Huntington; Ida Bushman, Kearns; Lenna Healy, Price; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, son, Bill Pappas, grandson, Nicky Pappas, son-in-law, Mick Fox, two sisters and five brothers.

Funeral service Saturday, August 5, 1995, 1 p.m., Mitchell Chapel. Family will be at Mitchell's one hour prior to service. Friends may call Friday and Saturday prior to services. Interment, Price City Cemetery.
