Loraine Barney Camp, a lovely girl with a beautiful spirit, returned to the loving presence of her Heavenly Father on Tuesday August 29, surrounded by her family after a long struggle to overcome a debilitating illness.

Loraine, age 33, was born April 26, 1962, in Las Vegas, Nevada, the youngest daughter of L. Kay and Percia Mae Terry Barney. She married Ronald Lynn Camp on March 1, 1985 in Las Vegas, and they were later married for all time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple.

Loraine was exceptionally creative and loved sewing and making all kinds of crafts to decorate and beautify her home, and she shared her creations with her many friends and family. She will be remembered as a sweet and caring young mother whose greatest joy was being a wife and mother while establishing a loving home for her family. She was so proud of her children and their accomplishments and was supportive of them in every way. She always made everyone feel welcome in her home.

Kay and Mae Barney; two sisters, Becky (Terry) Conk and Susan (Kelly) Adams of Las Vegas; four brothers, David, (Mary) Barney, Las Vegas; Carey (Annette), Chicago; Arlin (Denise), Provo; and Brent (Alyssa), Farmington, New Mexico.
