Auditions have been scheduled for the following productions:
- Dracula Vs. The Wolfman on Wednesday, Aug. 9, from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Off Broadway Theatre, 272 S. Main.Robert Bogue is directing Eric Jensen and Bob Bedore's script, with roles available for four men and three women. The two title roles have been precast.
Rehearsals will begin Aug. 15 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays), with performances scheduled Sept. 21 through Nov. 4.

- The Phantom of the Opera on Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 15-16, from 6 until 9 p.m. at City Rep's Family Theatre, 638 S. State Street, for Joanne M. Parker's adaptation of the Gaston Leroux classic.
This nonmusical adaptation combines mystery, suspense and romance. Presented previously by City Rep in 1989 and 1991, this revival will be directed by Emily Holmgren, teaching coordinator for the company's Children's Theatre School.
All roles except the Phantom are open, although an understudy will be cast for that role. Leading roles available include Christine Daae, Raoul, Philippe, Cecile Sorelli, the new and old Paris Opera House managers, La Carlotta, the Persian and Madame Giry, along with a large ensemble and parts for two to four children, including a young Christine and Raoul.
Come prepared with a 30-second monologue to be spoken with a French accent. Auditioners should enter the theater through the purple stage door at the north west corner of the building.
The show will run Sept. 23-Nov. 11 with 18 evening performances and five Saturday matinees, plus several Wednesday morning school field trip performances.
