DEATH: GAIL C. WOODBURY

Gail Woodbury, 68, passed away suddenly in his sleep, August 7, 1995 at his home, surrounded by the beautiful mountains that he loved.

He was born February 20, 1927 in St. George, Utah to Glen P. and Hazel Button Woodbury. Married Olga Taylor April 2, 1948 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended school at Cedar City High School and at Branch Agricultural College. Played basketball, football and baseball. Served in the Air Force towards the end of World War II. Gail worked at PIE for 30 years and then with UDOT for another 10 years before retiring. He spent his final years enjoying his family and other passions of fishing, hunting and completing his new house in the mountains near Heber.Survived by wife, Olga; children, Kathryn (Garry) Zubal, Patricia (Steve) Frye, Steven (Kristine) Woodbury; eight grandchildren and one and one-half great-grandchildren; sister, Glenna; three brothers, Jack, Charles and Darwin.

Funeral services will be held for friends and family at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 10, 1995 at Olpin Mortuary, 288 North Main, Heber City. Interment to follow at the Heber City Cemetery.
