A girl told police she was raped at knifepoint by a man who forced her into his vehicle as she walked on State Street.
The girl, 17, had just left a fast-food restaurant in the 1400 South block of State Street where she worked Sunday when a man in a blue Jeep yelled at her to get in the vehicle.When the girl refused, the man got out and forced her in the passenger seat. He then pulled out a knife saying "if you don't shut up, I'll kill you."
The man drove the teenager to a vacant parking lot where he raped her.
No arrests have been made. The girl described the man as 25 to 30-years-old with brown hair and round glasses. The Jeep was described as blue with black stripes and a hard top.
