Harry Mayho Jeffs, 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 11, 1996 at Wasatch County Hospital surrounded by his family.

Born in Heber Valley, September 23, 1912 to William Gothern and Bertha Mayho Jeffs. Life long member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Married Nellie Lindsay, June 17, 1933, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.Survived by his wife, Nellie and children, William Hal (LaRae), Center Creek, Utah; Mark Dee (LaRue), Murray, Utah; Phyllis Kendall (Don), Heber City, Utah; Ruth Hardman (Elwood), Houston, Texas; Harry Lindsay (Barbara), Salt Lake City, Utah; Joseph Dean (Suzie), Fountain Hills, Arizona; 24 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren. Also survived by a sister, Mardene Barker, Alpine, Utah; half brothers, Edward T. Murdock, Springville, Utah and Bert Murdock, Orem, Utah.

Preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Theora Kohler and Helen Roseman; brother, Mark Mayho Jeffs; grandson, Von Hardman and great-granddaughter, Nischelle Owens.

Funeral Tuesday, October 15, 1996, 11:30 a.m., Heber LDS Second Ward, 150 North 2nd West, Heber City. Viewing at Olpin Mortuary, Monday October 14 from 7-8:30 p.m. and one hour prior to services at the ward house. Interment in Heber City Cemetery.
