A flight aboard a SkyWest commuter plane was grounded before take-off Tuesday after instruments indicated an engine fire.

The flight was scheduled to depart from the Salt Lake International Airport about 7:45 a.m. for Boise. Shortly before departure, the pilot nixed the flight after instruments indicated a fire in the right engine, said airport spokesman Richard Odekirk.The plane returned to the terminal and the passengers evacuated. There were no injuries.
