A judge in Franklin, Tenn., found enough evidence against actress Jennifer O'Neill to send charges of drunken driving and speeding to a grand jury.

O'Neill, 48, of Franklin, is free on $500 bond following her arrest in March. The grand jury meets Nov. 12.In a hearing Wednesday, state trooper Richard Cash testified that he clocked O'Neill going 95 mph on I-65. He said he smelled alcohol in the vehicle and that she admitted she had been drinking.

O'Neill failed to pass a field sobriety test and refused a blood alcohol test. She is perhaps best known for her role in the movie "Summer of '42."
