Finns deliver a verdict on the European Union Sunday when they vote in their first European parliamentary elections, with a tint of Euro-skepticism creeping into an otherwise bland picture.

Party support remains little changed with backing for the pro-Europe government coalition partners unshaken, but personal support for the most visible opponent of the EU, and especially of a single European currency, has suddenly picked up.Esko Seppanen, a vocal left-wing Euro-skeptic, has become the most popular individual candidate, backed by almost 11 percent of the electorate, opinion polls say.
