Federal agents are looking for Jay Kirk Price, described as a red-haired man missing his top front teeth, who is accused of robbing a Salt Lake credit union of more than $11,000.

The U.S. attorney's office filed the criminal charge against Price, address not listed, on Friday. It charges him with robbing the Utah Central Credit Union, 3700 W. 2100 South, of $11,430 on Oct. 16.An affidavit filed in U.S. District Court by FBI Special Agent Michael S. Rankin said a man entered the credit union and demanded that a teller give him all the money from the "front of the drawer" and that she could see the barrel of a handgun in his hand. He took the money and then told another teller, "You, too!" and left, putting money in a blue bag.

On Oct. 22, a woman described as a longtime friend of Price's said Price had contacted her and admitted robbing a bank by using a firearm, the complaint adds. The woman said Price pulled a stack of currency from a blue bag and showed it to her.

"Some of the bills were wrapped in paper straps which (the woman) recognized as being from a bank," the affidavit adds.
