Karl Malone scored 12 points in the fourth quarter to rally the Utah Jazz to a 111-105 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Sunday as both teams wrapped up their preseason schedules.

The win gave Utah third place in the four-team, two-day tournament in Mexico City's Palacio de los Deportes.Leading the Jazz back from a 14-point deficit, Malone finished with 34 points. He scored from both the outside and inside, including two backboard-shivering dunks within a 34-second span in the final quarter.

Utah's Jeff Hornacek, who had 27 points, hit a 3-pointer with 1:40 left to break a 105-105 tie.

Wesley Person, the Suns' leading preseason scorer, led Phoenix with 26 points, including four 3-pointers.

Phoenix was 5-of-9 from 3-point range in the first half to take a 63-54 lead. The Suns still led 86-80 at the end of three quarters.

The Suns, who played without guards Kevin Johnson (abdominal hernia surgery) and Sam Cassell (strained ribs), finished the preseason with a 5-3 record. They open the regular season Friday in Los Angeles against the Lakers.

Utah ended the preseason 4-4. The Jazz open the regular season at home Friday against the Seattle Supersonics in a rematch of last season's Western Conference finals.

Grizzlies 80, Raptors 77

At Calgary, Alberta, rookie Shareef Abdur-Rahim scored 15 points to lead the Vancouver Grizzlies to a victory over Toronto in a preseason game that saw the Raptors lose rookie Marcus Camby to a sprained ankle.

Camby, the second overall pick in the draft, came down hard on his left leg after making a shot late in the third quarter. Raptors officials would not say if Camby's injury was the result of a slippery court surface that was brought in from the University of Alberta.

Damon Stoudamire led the Raptors with 18 points, all in the first three quarters.
