No structures were lost. Fires crackled through brush in San Bernardino and Riverside counties about 60 miles east of Los Angeles Sunday. Most were under control by nightfall. Cool weather and rain helped firefighters over the weekend. Cooler, calmer weather was forecast Monday with a chance of rain.
