Robert Arthur Webb, 72, passed quietly away on October 27, 1996 in Santaquin, Utah.

Bob was born December 8, 1923 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Nathaniel Hodges and Hazel Mary Peterson Webb. He married Marilyn Mason December 8, 1949 in the Salt Lake Temple.He grew up in Salt Lake City in a family of 10 children. He was lovingly raised by a wonderful stepmother, Virginia Wyss Webb.

He graduated from South High School, was drafted into the Army and fought in World War II. He served a mission for the LDS Church to Argentina. He attended the U of U and graduated from George Washington University. He has been active in the LDS Church all his life, serving in many ward and stake positions, bishop and stake patriarch.

He is survived by his wife; daughter, Aimee (Steven) Holdaway and three grandchildren, Kurt, Mason and Brina, all of Pleasant Grove; three sisters, Natalie Bigler, Provo; Beverly Nelson, and Joan Gorton, Salt Lake City. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother, brother, George, and sisters, Virginia, June, Betty, Pat, and Kathy.

A viewing will be held October 30, 1996 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove. Funeral services will be October 31, 1996, at 2 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove East Stake Center, 825 South Loader Dr. Interment will be in the Lindon City Cemetery.
