AN EARLY MORNING fire devastated the departure terminal for domestic Indian Airlines flights at New Delhi's airport on Wednesday, but no casualties were reported and no flights canceled, airport officials said. . . . A 200-POUND bomb destroyed the state phone company's office building in Ajaccio, Corsica, before dawn Wednesday and another heavily damaged a police villa in the coastal town of Sainte-Lucie de Porto Vecchio, authorities said. The attacks caused no injuries and there was no claim of responsibility, though suspicion fell on Corsican militants waging a 20-year-old fight for greater autonomy. . . . A JUDGE postponed Wednesday a lawsuit by Indonesia's pro-democracy leader against the national election committee, which banned her supporters from next year's vote. The Jakarta judge rescheduled the case for Nov. 13 to allow the defense more time to prepare.
