The 35-week-old fetus was killed in Georgia in 1994 when a pregnant woman was involved in a low-speed crash, the newspaper says in Wednesday's editions. The woman, who was not identified, told investigators she was wearing her seat belt, the newspaper said. The woman was driving.At least 28 children and 19 adult drivers have been killed by air bags, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
