Klea Worsley, a well known resident of Provo, prominent in community affairs for many years, died in Los Angeles on November 14, at the age of 86.

An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Provo 12th Ward, she filled numerous church positions and served many years as a member of the Drama Department of the MIA General Board. An accomplished musician and writer, she held a BA and MA from Brigham Young University.An active and long time member of the Provo City Arts Council, Women's Division of the Provo Chamber of Commerce, Utah Sirosis, Amica Club, the Utah League of Writers and many other organizations. Mrs. Worsley was honored this year by the Provo/Orem Chambers of Commerce for her contribution to area fine arts.

She leaves a sister, Idonna Richins of Arcadia, California; four children: Linda Worsley, Mountain View, California; Joan Worsley, Cope, Glendora, California; Marilyn Christensen, Arcadia, California; and Steve Worsley, Provo. She also leaves 26 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services under the direction of Walker Sanderson Funeral Home of Orem will be held Tuesday, November 19th, at 10 a.m. in the 12th Ward Chapel, 945 East 700 North, Provo. Friends may call from 8:45-9:45 a.m. prior to the services at the ward chapel. Burial will be in the Provo City Cemetery.
