TV RUINS KIDS’ STANDARDS

SHARE TV RUINS KIDS’ STANDARDS

As a junior-high student, I am concerned about some of the moral values and standards some kids have today. While it is against school rules, I see some students fighting, kissing in the halls and swearing. I think parents can often have an influence on students, but that is not always the case. I think the big influence is TV. Sitcoms and some other shows don't seem to set good examples. The more kids watch, the worse their standards become.

Kids should be more disciplined. Stricter rules should probably be applied to those who can't seem to figure it out.Amanda Wilson
