Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, Charles Ray Hudson, 65, passed away Friday, February 16, 1996, doing what he loved best, working with his sons at the station.

Born January 12, 1931 in Santaquin, Utah to William Hudson Jr. and Prudence Harriet Coombs. Married Ruby Dian Miller, August 27, 1954, later divorced. Married Connie Bird Maxfield, June 29, 1971.Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, veteran of the Korean Conflict, owner of Chuck's Chevron for 41 years and a U of U fan. He loved to serve and help others.

Survived by wife; sons, Wm. Rocky (Linda) Hudson, Scott N. (Cherie) Maxfield, C. Michael (Lori) Hudson, Mark T. (Paula) Maxfield, J. Martin (Jackie) Hudson, Eric L. (JaNean) Maxfield, Brad Wm. (Lori) Maxfield, daughters, Joni Lynn Hudson, Debbie M. (James) Roberts, all of Salt Lake; brothers, Kendall Hudson, Rodney Hudson, Jack Hudson, all of Santaquin, Utah; sisters, Ruth Jacobson, Ruby Cook, both Salt Lake; Sadie Jarvis, Mary Roberts, both of Santquin, Utah; 26 and eight ninths grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 20, 1996, 12 noon at the Midvale East 3rd Ward, 87 East 7100 So. Friends may call at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 East Bengal Blvd. (7600 So.) Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and at the church the day of service from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
