Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Frances Anona Dover Brown Marstella, 92, died February 25, 1996 at her home after a long illness.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah August 4, 1903 to Joseph Francis Dover and Matilda Emily Matiason. She died in 1908. Her father later married Charlotte Ellen Lee Jeffries who raised her and was the only mother she remembered. She married Glenn Leighton "Bing" Brown Sept. 27, 1927. He died Feb. 2, 1960. Married Richard O. Marstella May 12, 1961. He died May 18, 1963. Member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Cornwell Camp. Member of LDS Church and served many years in Primary, Sunday School and Relief Society. Retired in 1972 from Western Aerial Photographic Lab (now Aerial Photgraphic Field Office), U.S. Dept. of Agriculture.Survivors: son, David Glenn Brown (Kearns); daughter, Bonnie Anona Anderson (Salt Lake); three stepsons, Phillip F. Marstella (Salt Lake City), Richard O. Marstella, Jr. (Queen Creek, Ariz.); John L. Marstella (Arlington, Texas); Jeanne Anona Redlin (Queen Creek, Ariz.); 24 grandchildren and 74 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services Friday, March 1, 12 noon at the Wilson Ward, 1860 South 300 East. Friends may call Thursday 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 So. and one hour prior at the ward Friday. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
