- Requests for bonus credits for staying at competitors' hotels.- Requests for room service. ("Sir, this is customer service.")
- Callers who seek to expedite service by claiming to be a neighbor of chief executive officer Barron Hilton.
- Callers insisting that they had recently "spoken to Conrad" about their situation. Conrad Hilton, however, is no longer among the living.
- Callers seeking to change the name on their accounts because, after all, they have surgically changed their gender.
