An Idaho boy died Thursday after the van he was in rear-ended a snowplow on I-15 in Box Elder County.
Killed was:Andrew Hulse, 4, Pocatello.
The child was a passenger in a van driven by his mother, Jody Hulse, 33, along a foggy northbound stretch of the highway near Plymouth. The mother apparently was blinded by the fog and ran into the back of the snowplow about 9:20 a.m., according to a Utah Highway Patrol spokesman.
Andrew Hulse died at the scene. It is unknown if he was wearing a seat belt.
Jody Hulse was flown to LDS Hospital where she was listed Friday in critical condition.
