Earl White, our beloved husband and father, passed away of a sudden illness on March 7, 1996. His love sustains us, and the memory of his smile warms our hearts.

He was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts on March 23, 1933 to Earl M. and Frances V. White. He served in the Air Force during the Korean war. He met his wife, Cheryl Schneiter White, at a dance. They were married July 1, 1954 and sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on December 3, 1954.Next to God and family, music was his first love. He played first violin for the Murray Symphony and the Highland Stake Symphony. He sang in vibrant tenor for the ward choir, and for special events. He enjoyed snowmobiling, rock hunting, hiking, camping and hunting. He liked laminating his own bows and making arrows almost as much as the hunt itself.

For many years he worked in real estate. At the time of his death he was a bus operator for UTA, winning a safety award for driving over one million accident-free miles.

He served his ward in many callings, including ward clerk, Sunday School teacher, and presidencies of the Young Men, Elders, Seventies and high priests. He was a worker in the Salt Lake Temple at the time of his passing.
