LaReta Hansen Carlisle, 86, died March 8, 1996.
Born August 23, 1909 in Beaver Dam, Utah to Ephriam and Mary Ann Simmons Hansen. Married Owen John Carlisle. He preceded her in death. Active in the LDS Church, and was the mother to many foster children.Survived by children: James and Tamra Carlisle, Mary Ann and Charles Musker, Salt Lake; Shirley and Art Hymas, Lewiston, Utah; Sharon and Jack Haslam, Riverton; Lois and Gary Walker, Indianola; daughter-in-law, Lorraine Carlisle, Berego, Springs, Calif.; 29 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a son, Ray, and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. at Elysian Burial Gardens. Funeral directors, Broomhead Funeral Home.
