The island of Grenada in the Caribbean pays a philatelic tribute to Ronald Reagan, 40th U.S. president, with a sheetlet of nine different stamps based on various photos of Reagan. The stamps honor the 12th anniversary of Reagan's sending troops to Grenada to "free the island from Marxist domination," say the postal officials of that country.

The photos are from the archives of the Ronald Reagan Library in Santa Barbara, Calif. Most of the stamps show Reagan during his two terms in office.A souvenir sheet also was released depicting Reagan in front of an American flag.

The stamps of Grenada are available from your local stamp dealer.
