A family is in charge, or should be, of their particular group. A neighborhood should be involved in seeing that each individual member - regardless of color or creed - is looked after in need.

On a larger scale, then, religious groups (greatly varied) can be in charge or have the responsibilities of their own congregation's needs and any others they can service. Also, racial groups gathering together to support each other I believe is not only normal but essential. Not to rally against another group but to strengthen the abilities of each member to serve each other.

I have to say that the Million Man March was the most beautiful scene I have had the privilege of watching on TV or elsewhere except maybe the smile of a child or elderly person.

All of us on this planet need each other - not only to debate with so we can learn different points of view but to care and grow together.
