MIDVALE-BASED MANSELL FIRM OPENS OFFICE IN LAS VEGAS

Real estate brokerage Mansell & Associates has opened an office in Las Vegas, the first out-of-state office for the Midvale-based firm.

Dave Mansell, president and principal broker, said the 3,500-square-foot office will house 35 agents. Jon Cheplak will be the managing broker.Mansell said the Las Vegas office will focus on general real estate, but its primary emphasis will be on relocation services. He believes the relocation market in Las Vegas presents a tremendous opportunity for Mansell.
