One man was stabbed to death and two others were injured Wednesday when a fight broke out near the Salvation Army.

It was unclear what sparked the confrontation, but police said drugs were likely involved. Two groups began fighting in the street near 300 S. 423 West as a large number of people gathered for dinner at the center.
