Haren Don Martines, age 66, died March 13, l996, Sandy, Utah.
Born December 7, l929, Richfield, Utah to Haren Thomas and Arvilla Ence Martines. Married Barbara Urie May 25, 1951, Cedar City, Utah. Member of the LDS Church. Don served honorably during the Korean War. He was a self-employed estimator and draftsman, having done work for many local steel companies.Survivors, wife, Barbara; daughter, Cathie Wagstaff (Wayne); son, Jeffrey Don Martines; mother-in-law, Elda Condie; five grandsons and one granddaughter; sisters, Monnie Olsen (Tex) and Darlene Macfarlane. Preceded in death by parents, nephew, John Olsen, father-in-law, Francis Condie.
Funeral services Saturday, March 16, 12 noon in the Prescott Ward, 10975 So. Prescott Dr. (1630 East), Sandy. Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens.
