Our loving mother and grandmother, Lola Robbins Bullock, 85, died at the American Fork Hospital, March 11, 1996.
She was born June 2, 1910, in Lindon, Utah, the daughter of William John and Elizabeth Ann Harris Robbins. She married Harold Harris Bullock on June 30, 1932 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Her husband of 63 years preceded her in death on January 13, 1996.Lola attended schools in Pleasant Grove and graduated from Pleasant Grove High School.
She was a faithful, devoted member of the LDS Church. She served a mission to the Southern States. She also served in all of the church auxiliaries, was a stake missionary and temple worker for many years.
Lola found great joy in sharing her time with others. She loved people and enjoyed speaking with them. She had a great ability to make people feel at ease and was genuinely interested in them. She took great pride in keeping an immaculate home and garden and loved her flowers. She loved being a homemaker and devoted her life to her family.
She is survived by four children, Georgia (Don) Schaefer, Orem; Harold R. (Rusty) Bullock, Sandy; W. Brent (Connie) Bullock, Pleasant Grove; S. Lynn (Barbara) Bullock, Highland; also 22 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. sister, Ella Campbell, Wellington; brother, William H. (Velma) Robbins, Pleasant Grove.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Joyce Loveland, four brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 18, 1996, at the Grove Ward Chapel, 455 East 200 South, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Olpin Family Mortuary, 500 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove, and Monday 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial, Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
