A female camel that was lost during the 1990 Iraqi invasion has come home after almost six years - pregnant.
Its owner, Mohammed al-Oweisher, told the Kuwait News Agency on Sunday that camels have been known to return to their pens after up to three months. But to return after more than five years, "it's a miracle that has never happened before," he said.
Al-Oweisher was so moved to see his camel, he wrote two verses of poetry thanking God.
