Once again, Kirk Douglas' youngest son has been charged with disrupting a flight, this time for allegedly refusing to put his 20-pound dog in its case.

Eric Douglas dropped to his knees and begged the airline crew not to call police after he refused to put the dog - a mix of corgi and spitz - in the case on a flight from Los Angeles to Newark, according to the complaint. But the FBI arrested him anyway on charges of violating federal rules by having the dog loose in the cabin on the Continental Airlines flight Sunday night. Douglas also verbally abused the crew and rolled up blankets and threw them at attendants, the complaint said.

Douglas pleaded not guilty Monday and was released on $10,000 bail. He was ordered to return for trial April 29.
