Russell W. Edman, 18, passed away March 19, 1996 in Salt Lake City of an auto accident.

Born May 6, 1977 in San Salvador, El Salvador, son of Brent and Kay Choules Edman. He was a seminary graduate and an Eagle Scout. He loved his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, snow skiing, his car and being with friends. Student at Salt Lake Community College. Active member of the LDS Church.Survived by parents; brothers and sisters, Tawna (John) Parry, Boyd (Elizabeth) Edman, Kevin Edman, Kent (Diane) Edman, Blaine (Jami) Edman, and Marie (Rod) Lacanienta, all of Salt Lake City; grandmother, Erma T. Edman; 10 nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by grandparents, George and Ruby Choules; E. Wilford Edman.

We're grateful for 18 wonderful years of having you touch our lives and bring great happiness to all of our family. We're grateful you received the ultimate mission call. Our love goes with you.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 23, 1996 at the Holladay 27th Ward, 5450 Holladay Blvd. at 11 a.m. Friends and family may call Friday, at Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 Highland Drive, from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, one hour prior to the church. Funeral directors, Cottonwood Mortuary.
