DEATH: CAROL ANN MAXFIELD BUSH

Carol Ann Maxfield Bush passed away on May 9, 1996 from cancer in Provo, Utah. The daughter of Richard E. Maxfield and Edith Roberts Maxfield, she was born May 21, 1935 in Provo, Utah.

She graduated from Provo High School and Brigham Young University. She married Clifford M. Bush on June 9, 1958, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Together they raised eight children. Her greatest joy was being a wonderful wife and mother.She was an active member of the LDS Church, where she served as President, Counselor and Teacher in all the auxiliary organizations of the church.

She is survived by her husband, Provo, UT; and the following children: Steven L. (Carol) Bush of La Crescenta, CA; Kerry D. (Darla) Bush of Stockton, CA; Daron J. (Staci) Bush of Cincinnati, OH; Wayne R. (Lisa) Bush of American Fork, UT; Kristeen (David) Bailey of Provo, UT; Cynthia (Jose) Ornelas of Pleasant Grove, UT; Kevin D. Bush and David A. Bush, both of Provo, UT. She is also survived by one brother and four sisters: Richard L. (Joyce) Maxfield of Mapleton, UT; Maurine (Eugene) Lyons, currently serving in the New York LDS Mission; Joyce (Richard) Long, currently serving in the New York LDS Mission; Janyce (Kent) Harrison of Provo, UT; Flora Lee (the late Fletcher) Acord of Orem, UT; and sixteen grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 13, 1996 at 11 a.m. in the Grandview Stake Center, 1850 West 1600 North, Provo, Utah. Friends may call at the Berg Mortuary, 185 E. Center Street, Provo, Utah on Sunday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. or Monday morning at the Grandview Stake Center one hour prior to funeral services. Interment will take place at the Provo City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Missionary Fund of the LDS Church.
