DAR MEETS SATURDAY FOR INSTALLATION TEA

The Salt Lake Valley Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at Cottonwood Presbyterian Church, 1580 E. Vine Street. The chapter will host a silver installation tea for members and their guests, Mountain Ridge Chapter, NSDAR. A report on the 105th Continental Congress in Washington, D.C., will be given by Mrs. Alice Astroth, Mrs. Janis McCoid, Mrs. Donna Severson and Mrs. Cindy Toone.

The following officers will be installed: Mrs. Cindy McCoid Toone, regent; Mrs. Margaret Darby, first vice regent; Mrs. Diana Harvey Latkiewicz, second regent; Mrs. Mary Thayer, chaplain; Mrs. Connie Lockhart, secretary; Mrs. Agnes Kirchgasler, treasurer; Mrs. Pat Fullerton, registrar; Mrs. Rosalie Miller-Miller, historian-librarian; and Mrs. Donna Cain Severson, director.For reservations or membership information, contact the chapter regent, Mrs. Ray Severson, at 968-0620.
