DEATH: KELLY SUNDSTROM RICHARDSON

I died Sunday, May 12, 1996 of complications due to Cystic Fibrosis. I fought a long battle right up to the end, but I am needed elsewhere now.

I was born on February 14, 1975 to David and Margaret Sundstrom of Woods Cross, Utah. I was their last and always their little Valentine. I grew up in a little town called Woods Cross, where I was lucky enough to know and love such wonderful people. I graduated from Woods Cross High School and Seminary in 1993. Go Wildcats! After high school, I was given the opportunity to do what I love most, take care of little children.I will always think of them as "my little boys".

On May 11, 1995, I was married to my very best friend, Eric Alan Richardson, in the Salt Lake City Temple for time and all eternity. Our time together on earth was brief, only a year and a day, but we will always have forever. I love you, Bub!!!

I am survived by my parents and two awesome brothers, John David (his wife, Kim) and Steve Sundstrom of Woods Cross, Utah. I, along with my sister Valerie, who passed away in 1989 from C.F., want them to know how much we love them. There are also many other special people who mean a lot to me: my grandma Helen McBride Rogers, Bountiful, Utah; Aunt and Uncle Lynn and Patti Anderson and family, South Jordan, Utah; and my other family, my in-laws, C. Edmund and Ann Richardson and family (Eric's brothers and sisters, David, Katheryn, Heather, Douglas), Woods Cross, Utah; and my baby Golden Retriever, Winnie.

I once heard someone say that we learn and are touched by everyone we know. I have found that to be true and I thank everyone. I especially want to thank all the people who helped in my fight with C.F.: The nurses at 5th South, at the University of Utah Hospital, the entire respiratory staff and Dr. Bruce Marshall, Dr. Michael Pierce, Dr. Guy Zimmerman, and Dr. Richard Canner. I would like to consider becoming an organ donor so that someone else can have the chance to live.

A viewing will be held at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Wednesday, May 15, 1996 from 6-8 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the Woods Cross Sixth Ward Chapel at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 1996 where friends and family may call from 11:30-12:30 prior to services.

I hope that at this time we will be able to come and think of Heavenly Father and the Plan He has for us, and always remember how precious life is. Don't waste it! Make the most!

I love you all. Good-bye for now. May God be with you till we meet again.
