Our kind and loving brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Edgar Williams Barron, 85, passed away quietly May 14, 1996 in Holladay, Utah.

Born December 24, 1910 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Joseph and Margaret Mary Williams Barron. Married Mary Elizabeth Coombs April 19, 1935. Graduated from West High School.He was formerly an interior designer and manager with Henry H. Dinwoodey Furniture Company and previously self-employed; President of Barron Interior Design. Member Interior Design Society.

He made friends with everyone he met. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Survived by daughter, Mary Lorraine; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Palmer Barron; grandchildren, William Randall (Janae), Mindy Sue (Joseph) Tilley, Christopher Wade ( Marijane), Lindsay Brooke; brother, Joseph (Pearl); sisters, Lydia (Jack) Robinson, Olive (Gerald) Newman, Lucyle (Edwin) Brown, Marjorie (Wayne) Wardle; great-grandchildren, Megan Elizabeth Barron, Madeline Marie Tilley, Edgar Joseph Tilley, Kaitlin Mackenzie Tilley, Casey Alexandra Barron, Nicholas Christopher Barron, Amber Nichole Barron. Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth, daughter, Caralyn Jean Barron, son, Edgar William Barron, brothers, Mordecai, John, George, Albert, sisters, Annie, Gwendolyn.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, May 17, 1996 at the Holladay LDS 1st Ward Chapel, 4568 So. Holladay Boulevard. Friends may call at the chapel from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services.

Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
