During a recent appearance on the "Late Show with David Letterman," Jane Seymour joked that she'd been pregnant for the last 14 months.

Seymour, of course, gave birth to twins a few months back. And - finally - in this week's season finale of "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" (Saturday, 7 p.m., Ch. 2), her character gives birth to her baby.Of course, there are a few complications along the way. Dr. Quinn discovers her husband, Sully (Joe Lando), unconcious and injured deep in the woods. And her child picks that particular time to come into the world.

But, as always, you can expect some happy endings for the whole "Dr. Quinn" gang - who will return in the fall with new episodes.
